Turbo OFT tune and Steve99

I have an HKS turbo kit on the way, and am looking to get a custom remote tune using the OFT that I already have. I've reached out to openflash for their e-tune service, but surprise surprise, no response in over a week. I was reading that Steve99 does custom tunes, but apparently he is banned? I can't send him messages, but his last login was 7/29.

Are there other remote tune options for forced induction OFT? Anyway to get in touch with Steve99 outside of these forums?

Thank you!

https://www.db-tuned.com/ or DM him on instagram @Db_tuned. I know he tunes OFT along with Ecutek.

Wait Steve is banned? Did I miss something. His posts are pretty much only tuning related.

I know he is still active on Facebook OFT tuning group for the twins.

Wait what.... No way. Who TF reported him? I've never seen him even remotely doing anything outside the forum rules nor getting into arguments. Time to bug Ichi.

They banned steve99 because someone reported him to the moderators, saying that he s asking money for its service

The moderators, other than being INEXISTENT the whole time, are asking him 200 usd PER MONTH to unlock his profile
when they should PAY HIM for what he brought to this forum

Hey moderators and administrators of this forum: shame on you. Steve has helped everyone in this forum for free for years, bring some respect to one of the very best user this forum has ever had

That is insane. Not only because of the lack of appreciation from the site mods to a very esteemed member, but the Karen member that was expecting a free specialized service and then decided to report him when he/she didn't get their way.

tomm.brz 08-02-2022 09:41 AM

some people are just bad

it s worse though that they re asking 200 usd MONTHLY to Steve to unlock its profile

Shame they're trying to extort him for providing support/services on a otherwise non supported tuning platform (OFP)

For anyone still looking to find him, he is active here.

+1
Losing steve99 is losing 50% of this forum's value.
He was always friendly and informative, even when answering the same "stupid" questions over and over again.

If you really don't want him here, remove all his threads as well and let's see how many visitors you'll lose. His threads have more than 2.5 million views.

Gonna go out on a limb and say probably a forum sponsor who offers tuning service.
