Stiffer Sway Bar Bushings for 2017+ Stock Bars
Hey! Does anyone know of stiffer sway bar bushings that are confirmed to fit the 2017+ 15mm rear sway bars? I've found a variety of polyurethane bushings for the 18mm FSB (SuperPro, Energy Suspension, Whiteline), but the only BRZ-specific ones I can find for the rear sway bar are for the 14mm pre-facelift bar. Thanks!

I couldn't find either. Whiteline suggested to try the 14mm ones (and offered a set at a discount) - they were fine while well lubricated, but started binding after a few months (I guess as the lubricant dried out/was expelled). I went back to the OEM bushings for now, although I did experiment with enlarging the hole in the poly bushings (but haven't installed yet).

Not sure I’d enlarge the hole. The inside of the WhiteLines I used has a knurled finish to retain grease. From what I hear, if they get dry it’s squeak city.

I used to run poly bushings in the front but they would get so noisy after track days as the overpipe burns all the grease out of it. |
