Felt like moving after buying the 86?

Has anyone felt like they want to move somewhere with roads that will make the 86 that much more fun to drive. I bring that up because south Florida has the most flat and boring roads I have ever experienced.

Thankfully, I haven't felt that way specifically because of my FR-S... But possibly for other reasons at one point in time or another. :bellyroll:

Actually... Since I've been living in my town for well over a decade now, I've managed to discover alternate routes that make the journey exciting... And I try not to take the boring highway or tollway wherever I go... Even if I run a couple minutes late for the task on hand, haha.

Yes.

I bought mine in Reno. Broke it in in southern CA

Drove it back home to MI.

This car loved CA, NV, UT, and western CO.

I live in New York and when i started looking for roads to have some fun on i was surprised by how many i found. There are tons of great roads around here...even more to be found upstate and on long island. Theres great roads all over United States...you just have to look in the most unexpected places.

Just slide with the flat roads that makes them fun for me

Bonburner 08-19-2012 10:46 PM

I think some of you guys would be very jealous of my drive home from work. Mostly normal roads but I found some short cuts with great turns with it. There's a really nice sharp right hander with + change in elevation. Something really nice about sliding through an uphill turn and never even leaving your lane.

I live about 10 minutes from a gorgeous man made lake and all the roads leading to it and around it are just back roads with lots of twisties and minimal traffic. I love it

If I'm perfectly honest...it did make me regret having a house with such a steep driveway...and a small one at that. I wish I had a long flat driveway I could do some work in. And a garage wouldn't hurt.

not when you live here
