What are some fun roads in southern cali that are scenic?

So pretty much what the title asks.
Was wondering where some nice fresh air would be and some fun windy roads are - windier the better - 5 mph turns welcome. :party0030:

I have to say my favorite drive when I am down there has to be the 1/101, from Pismo Beach all the way to Santa Cruz.

Little Tijunga Canyon and Angeles Crest Highway are both good options in SoCal. Mulholland Drive is always good too.

I went to Turnbull a few times, I honestly didn't find it very fun... Too short and populated for me :/.

Only half of turnbull is any fun and it's too short to bother driving more than 10 minutes to get there.
