Great point.
Maybe I'll just make and "exit" duct out out of the side glass behind the door.

The best solution would be lexan rear with side louvers like rear engine cars have, but I'm not spending that much on this project.

Don't forget that the actual cabin exhausts are still there. I think they work better with the seat folded down and such. If it's a dedicated track rat, maybe test with louvers removed altogether.

Yeah, I'm thinking of just propping them open somehow.

Yeah, you need a spot at a low pressure area of the body to evacuate the air from the cabin. Vent at license plate position on trunk?

yep, we're absolutely travelling back in time to 1986.

I wonder if it feasible to make a 1/4 window that would open like a van rear window.

Makes sense. We're trying to cool a car without air conditioning lol

Also, how the hell did people do road trips without air conditioning!?

FRS is my first car with working AC. I've been driving since 1980.

It's my first car without it, ever, lol. I also started driving around 2000.

Cover that edge with plasti-dip. Someone will fall into your giant cheese grater while your door is open.
