Rpm drops a bit before going up.

So I have multiple misfire codes especially on cylinder 4, my car is well over due on coil packs and spark plugs so ima change that out once they arrive, I had a problem with the car not turning on after I added gas. The next day the car was dead and didn’t turn on for 3-4 days. Replaced the battery and the car turned on (weird if you ask me, because it was cranking I was sure the problem wasn’t the battery) now that the car is on the rpm’s stay at around 7-600 rpm but when I chose to rev there’s a slight second where the rpm needle drops and then goes up , and sometimes on the way down the needle will go close to 300rpm then go back to 7-600 and stay there on idle.
Any idea what this could be ? Check engine light is not on but If I drive it around it will turn on with the misfire codes

what mods, and mileage are you at?

did you get it running? is this not a fuel filter problem now? did you fix your alignment issue from before when you blew out the rear control arm?

there's a reason it's misfiring. i don't see why we need to chase everything else around until you change the plugs at the very least.

AND DO NOT, EVER, GET THE PERFORMANCE PLUGS. GET THE OEM PLUGS ONLY.
