Never understood why they did not put the tS wing on the 2020’s.

I, for one, specifically never bought a 2018 tS because of the big wing and the hassle of changing that out for something else.

I had a deposit down on a 2020 tS, and in the end decided against it because of the slightly mis-matching red colours for the various bits in the interior (and I wanted an exterior colour other than the Ceramic White). A bit OCD, I know, but it would have bothered me FOREVER...LOL.

Complaints from customers stating it was too boy-racer.

meh. I'm taking my tS trunk off in leiu of a Verus UCW.

I’d recommend OP to consider PERRIN Wing Riser Kit for stock spoiler. Here how it looks like on mine:

I think it had more to do with the cost it added to the tS package.
