Rear strut mount knocking
 

Hello everyone,

I hope that someone could help me understand my problem.

So basically 2 years ago i changed my rear struts with TEIN EnduraPro Plus, but I kept all the rest ( spring , damper ) stock. And Since some months now on every bump i drive, i hear a knocking sound. My father and i searched and we are like 90% sure it's coming from the top mount holding the strut.
Do i need to replace them or could it be something else ?

And my other question would be : Are the Rear strut mounts from Subaru and Toyota the same ?

I'm apologizing in advance of my writing since i'm French..
