Thanks Rick, I am hoping it doesn't go into the wall at the local track:bellyroll:. The plan is to build an Auto-X/HPDE/PDX car that retains it's daily drive ability

Today I installed the Status GT-X Racing seat. Since I am 6'5" I decided to hard mount the the seat to give me a little more head room. Also the stock seats were causing me a large amount of back pain on shorter road trips, so I hope this alleviate some of that (more support).

We had to slightly modify the bracket in an attempt to give me a little more leg room

If I read correctly you bolted the seat to the floor? Or did you get lowering seat rails?? HOw much further did you move the seat back? I'm asking because I plan on installing racing seats and lowering seat rails to get more leg room for steering wheel clearance when covering the brake.
