air intake parts the same as gen 1?
 
hi

can somebody tell me if teh following parts from a gen 1 car will fir on gen2?
- intake snorkel (and their replacements)
- intake filter (like hks)

Highly unlikely they will work.
They are not even the same through the first gen.

I heard that the air box of gen2 is compatible with 2017-2020 MT filters.
The actual air box is very different.

Nope, I have a MT Neptune premium, and coming from a Gen1 and having a spare TRD filter.... I had to buy the GR86 filter. They were not the same.

Yes, aftermarket filters look like compatible with 2017+ MT (with a red intake manifold)
