Ace A350 header, ceramic coated inside and out. Includes used gaskets, but the header/overpipe gasket is torn and should be replaced. Header/overpipe studs and nuts would need to be sourced also, only 1 of 3 is included. Has about 30k mi. Two years ago a couple of cracks were found in the welds and flanges. Those were welded and the entire pipe/flange joints were welded excluding the overpipe/front pipe joint. The welds aren’t pretty, but it looks just like it did when I put it on about 7k mi ago. The welder used some spray paint after he was done. The discoloration you may see is due to some of that remaining, and some flaking off.

Is it normal for ACE headers to crack? Asking because I know a friend that has been looking for these for a while.

I had seen it mentioned on here, but I’m not sure how common it is. I don’t know anyone else personally with one.

Price change bump

I mean, it all depends on the mileage, how hard it was driven, what other supporting mods (turbo and such), etc. The reason stated is because it all depends on how much heat has gone through it, and how often. Generally, I would say these have the same crack resistance as most headers out there, maybe a bit better.
I got my set back in December for $800 shipped, and it had no cracks but just had a little surface rust (and when I say surface, I mean it took all of 20 minutes for some cream of tarter and lemon juice for it to be rid of rust). That was an absolute steal of a deal, and the headers do wonders!
