AFR at 8.5 on WOT?

Hey all, was hoping someone could help me out. Took my car out from storage and have been driving it around and noticed my Afr readings were running super rich at full boost it would vary from 8.5 to 10, however it was tuned for 11-11.5 at wot. Adding to this, AFR readings on idle and cruising hover around 14.7 where it should, so I’m wondering why it would only be rich on wot. I don’t have any CELs, and no parts have been added since tuning. So somewhere along the way, something went bad and car started running rich.
For engine mods I’m currently running:

HKS Turbo Kit
Mishimoto oil cooler
Radium pcv catch can
Tuned on 94oct

I will be changing the spark plugs shortly, but was wondering if there were any areas I should also be checking on to try to fix this problem. I will be getting retuned when I add injectors and fuel pump but I’d like to address the issue beforehand. Other things I will be checking is potentially replacing the o2 sensor on the downpipe.

Thanks in advance!

Also, exhaust wise I still have the stock front pipe with cat.
