Racing Seat airbag question

I want to put in a simple bucket seat into my BRZ, but it is my daily. I know I will be uncomfortable im not worried about that, my concern is airbags. Obviously I will lose the seat airbags, and i have read that you can fix the light with a resistor, but If I use the resistor, will ALL of my airbags work (besides the missing seat bag)?

Why? The stock seat is pretty good.

For most bodies but I'm sure there are a slew of owners out there who aren't getting the comfort they need from the seat. :)
