I did a 8:25 earlier, first gen. Which felt pretty good/smooth/fast, but I did mess up a few sections.

I'll put up a lap tonight. Probably give second gen a go first.

I fight the gen 2 car so much in this game. It doesn’t feel like the gen 1 with more power. I set a base lap, mostly safe, then proceeded to crash and crash and crash. I ended up deciding my next full lap was my lap I am submitting. I’ll post the video tomorrow. I am talking a shower and going to bed :bonk:

I did have a slight off on this run but I don't feel I gained an advantage, I didn't really loose anything either, maybe had to wait a tenth or two to gather the car back up and go back to throttle. This car, like a lot of the other road cars in the game, slides around so much under weight transfer. I think Laz manages this better than I do.

One lap in each. First gen I got lost on where I thought I was at the track, and ended up hitting the wall due to going too fast. Second gen I lost my concentration since my mom started talking to me and ended up botching the last few turns really bad. Lost quite a bit of time there. Maybe I'll do more laps in each car, maybe not. Lol.

I can't wait to get into my beloved gen 1 :wub: I may wait till tomorrow, I am pretty beat this week from work.

I sat and watched my first gen lap while "capturing" it, and was capturing the second gen lap as I was doing it. Where TF do the capture recordings go to? Lol.

Crashed a couple times coming out of Foxhole and once into the really slow left. Only did one complete lap, too hot with headset on. AC not working.

I'd say that's too hot of a lap time for me. LOL. Don't think I can find 8 seconds worth to match your time.

Here is the lap. Did standard replay since the quality is better than VR replay. You can also see inputs and speed now. The downshift to 3rd after the "jump" was a mistake. Still had in my mind using the 2nd gen and you come into that in 5th.
