Go get a good tune that doesn't do that.

I didn't mean it as just a roast. It is literally garbage. That' the thing about pop n bang tunes. It's all about dumping fuel to get those rather annoying sounds and shit. So of course it won't look 'normal' compared to other tunes. Still, if you truly are bent on keeping that garbage, ask your tuner.

you're electronically forcing a car to do things that it's not supposed to do, in ways that it can't naturally do them, specifically for your entertainment.

this is no different than shocking your dog every time it pees because the way it jumps is entertaining. eventually your dog is going to start peeing weird too.

i think that's obvious. same as underglow, large stereos, or new wheels. for entertainment purposes.

but entertainment always has a cost. just ask friend-1 that's no longer speaking to friend-2 that stuck an m80 in the toilet before friend-1 used that toilet.

in this case, dumping raw fuel into the exhaust system so the hot cat's can ignite it and make noise is going to ruin those expensive and hard-to-get emissions components.

I used to find POP tunes annoying because they were just plain annoying. When I moved to El Paso, there are a pair of VW that LITERALLY SOUND LIKE AN AK47! The folks I hang with are either current or prior service and that shit makes us either flip our shit or jump behind cover.

i grew up next door to a vietnam vet. he didn't celebrate 4th of july, and we generally kept our fireworks 'shows' to a minimum. lots of bad memories, he was always nice to us as kids, but was always in a bad mood for weeks after 4th of july most times.

i'm near gary, indiana and chicago. if someone starts 'shooting', you best expect you might get shot back at!

I mean OP is from Oakland, must be in a good neighborhood because you'll get shot if you drive around with a pop tune in the wrong area lol.

Pop tunes seem to be getting more popular here in PDX, I hear several shit-boxes a day. The drivers look about as you'd expect as well. OP, you try the Software forum? Several threads about tard-tunes there.
