Does this sound normal?
 

Love reading through these posts - had a 2013 FRS a couple years ago and sold it. Recently returning with a 2014 BRZ and hoping to calm my nerves about a loud engine

Was hoping for some advice on a BRZ that I just picked up. I used to have a 2013 with crickets years ago. This 2014 boxer sound sounds louder than I remembered. Hoping it’s just bad/old gas from the dealer as im still on the first tank. Sound link below:

Sounds okay to me. Maybe a fresh oil change and have a trusted shop have a look to be sure?
