Fuel injectors with supercharger question.

I have the Hks gt 2 v3 supercharger kit. I bought the optional ecu flash tune kit that was available with the supercharger. I'm installing new injectors and wondering if the hks ecu flash will automatically tune the injectors as part of the flash tune, or if I need to do them separately. Any insight is helpful, thanks!

You will need a way to modify the cal file or custom tune matched to your injectors. It will not "learn" the injector pulse width/flow rate.

On a different note, Why replace injectors? Unless you are going E85 you will not run out of injector.
