Tein Flex Z camber adjustment Allen bolt
 

What are these exactly called and where can I find them? A shop broke one of them while tigheting the bolts and gave me another as a replacement but as you can see one of them is black and slightly different from the others, cannot help my OCD to get over it hence looking for original bolts. Will highly appreciate to know what should I search for or links to any for sell.

That's a socket head screw. Figure out dimensions and thread pitch, then check mcmaster carr.

You can always email Tein for a replacement part too but it's going to cost you. I asked them for a replacement top hat bolt and the cost was enough for me to go looking for an aftermarket replacement.

Or have the shop switch them all to black.
