Seems like its going to be part of the Everyday Driver "fleet", so both gets to use it whenever. Honestly i dont know if they have an actual "fleet" that isnt just one of their own cars.

Todd got the first gen for himself, and i never got the sense Paul liked the first gen, regardless of what he says on the show.

It's the car that makes the most sense for their channel. It allows them to always use it as a benchmark against other cars and it allows them to make content on maintaining and upgrading it. The car will pay itself off with Youtube ad revenue alone.

I love Neptune. I appreciate BBS bronzes with the right color, although I probably wouldn't buy them (although I do LOVE the dark bronze with the Hakone). I can't stand these BBZ bronzes with the Neptune - yecchh! Just my personal opinion...

If the wheels were a bit more bronze (like the M2) than the chintzy gold they fitted, it would look a whole lot better.

Those wheels aren't bronze, they're gold. They aren't even a weird goldish shade of bronze, they're straight gold and called gold. I like'em with the Neptune. I think bronze wheels will look nice on my halo white.

The gold wheels look much tackier than the champagne finish on the BMW. Probably the best they could do with their sponsor’s inventory.

The Leggera is a pretty wheel but that color is bad. It’s way too harsh and looks cheap.

Oh yeah - Paul is pretty open that he was disappointed by the first gen because of what it left on the table. Listening to their podcast though, you get the sense that he might be an even bigger cheerleader for the 2nd gen than Todd is... and coming from a guy who has owned 2 Caymans, that's encouraging.

My dream car, Cayman R. Makes me want a '22 86 even more.

It’s been said many times. The twins are 80% of a Porsche at 20% the cost.

Even more so now with the new gen imo. The added torque down low really made the biggest difference.

Savage Geese has also picked up a long term tester GR86.
