Rear wing/spoiler using stock mounting location

Hey all! Does anyone know of any rear wings that use the existing mounting holes? I have a 2020 BRZ and would like to 'sport up' the rear end a little. I tried searching but it's not always clear if the product uses the existing holes. Most seem to need new holes for mounting. I don't want anything outrageous or ultra race focused. It's my weekend fun car so a little understated would be cool.

If there isn't anything I may use the Perrin risers. Maybe have them paint matched. (Seems like Drambeenie is no more?)

Thanks in advance,

~Mark

I haven't been able to find anything that uses the stock holes, but I know the Verus ducktail spoiler covers the stock holes at least. ;)

It looks like the only "wing" option right now is to use the Perrin risers.

Here are a couple of wing options from japanparts.com that look like they'd cover the stock holes. No idea if they use the stock holes for mounting though, and they're all too much wing for my taste, but here you go:

ChargeSpeed Rear Wing (3D FRP / 3D Carbon / Straight Carbon)

S-Craft Rear Wing (FRP / Carbon)

Thanks for the replies! For as many bolt on parts as there for the twins, I admit I'm kind of shocked there isn't SOMETHING that uses the existing mounting holes. I guess this is the darkest timeline.

Perrin risers for the win I guess!

Thanks,

If you are willing to be patient an OEM spoiler may become available from another member in the forum marketplace. Something like this perhaps:

Unfortunately, the seller specified local pickup only and is located on the west coast. It would be a bit of a road trip for you.

The other possibility is if someone is looking to do a trunk lid swap. They have a trunk lid with a factory spoiler and are looking for a base model trunk lid with no holes to mount some crazy aftermarket spoiler whose holes don't match anything. Needs to be the right color of course. But hey, it could happen!

Yeah - it's very surprising to me as well, but I guess with the majority of the twins on the road being the 2013-2016, developing stuff that would only fit the later 1st gens just isn't very economically feasible.

E.G. I'd really like something with the shape of the SARD LSR style wing, but mounted to the stock holes, positioned as far rearward as the stock wing, but a bit higher.

If it weren't so damn expensive, I'd almost be tempted to buy one and see if a local machine shop could make an adapter to mount it to the stock mounts (or stock mounts + Perrin risers).

FWIW, because of the way it installs to its own risers (with a plate that bolts onto the wing itself), this *is* a potential option. You can pretty clearly see the mounting plate in the picture of the yellow FR-S at this link.

It really could almost be as simple as a C or Z-shaped plate to match that top mounting surface to the top of the stock wing mounts at the appropriate height and offset, and it could look pretty good. But, then we're talking $730ish USD + shipping, plus a couple hundred bucks for fabricating the mounts for something that *might* look good.

Of course, now I'm considering it...LOL.

...and now there's an FRP version of the wing that is $240 cheaper. Definitely thinking about doing this later this year / early next.
