Issue with Direct Fuel Assy Injector BRZ / FT86 2013 P1261/P1264
 

i have 2 car


1. BRZ 2013 ( All Stock Part , No Upgrade )
2. FT 86 2012 ( All Stock Part , No Upgrade )


At November 2021 , my BRZ have Problem P1261
P1261 code possible causes

• Faulty Fuel Injector 1
• Fuel Injector 1 harness is open or shorted
• Fuel Injector 1 circuit poor electrical connection
• Faulty Fuel Injector Interface Module

I try to switch injector between 1 and 3
but still got P1261
Resume is , Not Broken Injector

Desember 2021 :



I try to switch ECU from FT86 , Error Still P1261
Resume is , Not ECU FAILED


I Buy 1 set Engine Full Harness
still got P1261
Resume is : Not Cable Problem


I Buy Electronic Control Module ( one inside pessenger seat )
still got P1261
Also I try to Install BRZ ECM to FT86 , FT86 Normal
Resume is , Not ECM FAILED


At January 2022:


I take Of the machine from car , and see any problem , but can't get problem , all normal
Put in the machine back


ERROR go to P1264


I take off 4 injector , part Number of injector is SU003-04462 same as installed in both my car

I buy 1pc from toyota dealer and put in on Di Injector 4
The Error Change to P1261


I Buy 1pc Again From Toyota Put it in Port 1
The Error Goes to P1262


I Buy 1pc MORE From Toyota Put in on Port 2
The Error Go BAck to P1264


February 2022 :


I try to switch 1 set ( 4pcs ) injector from FT 86 to BRZ

The BRZ Normal
FT 86 Problem P1264 , I try combination of ALL Injector that i have
( 3pcs new injector + 4pcs used injector )

the problem exist...........


I dont know anymore , what i have to do .....


Anyone can help my problem please.........

The DI controller is mounted on the right side of the engine. The bottom bolt is the ground. Are all the engine grounds connected?

SOLVED ,.... i try to mix , 3pcs new injector + 4pcs used injector



4pcs of injector , Must be same Voltage


2 of them is diffrent ( broken )
