Serious issue or something dumb?
 

Car will not start at all. Drove perfect coming home and now it refuses to see key and will not start. Key battery was replaced and car battery is sitting at 12.8V off. Checked all fuses and they are all good. Im completely at a fucking loss. Any help would really help. Thanks guys. Video is here -https://imgur.com/gallery/eYyCsNI

do you have a second key?

did you try putting it on a battery charger?

did you hold the fob directly to the start button?

no, no and yep. battery was 100% this morning and everything works. nothing is dimmed or looks dead. still won't start when i put keyfob next to it. I'm so confused

Brake switch?

thats honestly what I'm thinking because my cruise control dont work either, ABS has kicked out a code, and car wont start. also if i turn the e brake off, it starts rolling backwards? the brakes wont work either. does that sound like a break switch? i think so and i think that is where im gonna start.

Your brakes don't work at all? Or they work when you really press because the engine isn't running?

Also, your car is rolling with the ebrake off? Are you trying to start the car in gear?

it rolling like its in neutral but its not. thats why im thinking it's that sensor because maybe its telling the car its in neutral when its actually in park?

Or the control cable is broken and it's not actually in park. Something like that, maybe. It shouldn't roll in park.
