Does the seatbelt shoulder strap rattle around during driving for anyone else?

Here's a Youtube video above. I have it detached in the video for demonstration. But even when it's attached, I hear the rattle as I drive around. It's coming from the metal snap button.

What's a good way to quiet this thing down?

EDIT:

I found a good solution. I used a tiny piece of kneaded eraser and put it into the hole on the strap end of the snap button. Seems to have silenced it now.

I think you could probably use wax as well.

I just placed the seatbelt into the strap and snapped it in place, instead of leaving it on the pillar.
Seems to have worked.

The unfortunate thing is i need to access the backseat frequently enough that i'd have to undo it alll the time otherwise the seatbelt gets in the way

Definitely noticed it a few times. One way to make it quiet is to fasten it.
