Spec-D Tuning Projector Sequential Turn Signal Issues

I bought the Spec-D tuning projector headlights with sequential turn signals for my 2013 FRS and after installing, whenever I turn on my hazards the sequential turn signals work just fine but whenever I use one turn signal or the other independently, only about 4 LEDs light up for both headlights. I have tried swapping fuses but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.
