Dealerships with no Markup
Hey guys, long time no see. I've been without a BRZ since i sold it in 2019. That being said, my girlfriend just put down a deposit on a new 2022 GR86. So i'll be semi back in the community.
That being said, during our search we found a few dealerships not charging markup for both Standard and Premium trims and a few not doing Markup on the Standard only. No Markup at all: Toyota Vallejo - This is where we put our deposit down. George is the Internet Sales person there and was super accommodating. They currently have a Steel STD trim coming in the next few weeks. Toyota of Lithia in Redding - Talk to Trevor. They are doing no markups. I bought my Supra from him. Amazing guy, amazing team. No Markup on STD trim: San Francisco Toyota Toyota Modesto Toyota Palo Alto These are all subject to change, and the dealerships on the bottom did require a bit of negotiating, but in the end they all offered no markup. We ended up going with the Dealership in Vallejo as they had the color we wanted. |
Also MSRP:
One Toyota Oakland, Marin Toyota, Walnut Creek Toyota Modesto Subaru, Autnation Subaru Roseville |
Carlsen subaru did MSRP too.

I stopped by Hayward Toyota today, they had a Halo white 6AT GR86 Premium in the showroom. And a red (I refuse to use their silly name for it) 6AT GR86 base out in the parking lot. The salesman I talked to said both are available, and for MSRP. He also said I could order whatever car I wanted, and it would arrive in roughly 2 months. Also at MSRP. He said they are an AutoNation dealer and that they all sell at MSRP. He was low-pressure, I just came by to check them out and take some photos. Ask for Johnny T.

Spoke with Ricardo G. at Santa Cruz Subaru today to submit my 2023 BRZ order (ordering opened up yesterday afternoon). He verbally confirmed MSRP. Bought a Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid with him 2.5 years ago, also at MSRP. Current guess-timate is that it will be delivered by July or August. Fingers crossed.

It was pretty simple for me. Created a build on the Subaru web site and E-mailed the build info with the vehicle build code to the salesperson. They asked for a $500 deposit, which is refundable.
