Surveys in the mail?
 

So two days ago I got a really long survey from some company (started with an M, don't remember the name) asking me about the car, brand, and whole purchasing experiance. Today I got one in the mail from JD Power with an online link. Anyone else gettng these? I never got any before when buying a car, but then again I never have bought a new one either. At least the one today had a fresh crisp $1:happyanim:

I recall these... I've received them for almost every new car I've bought... I try to fill it out if time allows... I never win anything, but it helps me vent out my feelings and opinions of the car, nevertheless. :D

Got a JD Power survey with a buck enclosed

Have a JD power unopened in the basket. Have a Automotive Research Group open on my desk. Already did the Scion corp one...

Did the scion and one other. I also got my jd power $1. I'll fill that out later. Have a 4th, but not doing it.

I got the one from Maritz and another one from J.D. Power. I got one from Scion as well, but the web address that was included with it was NFG.

Today is my 3 month anniversary of having the FR-S. I have received zero surveys.

I have done the Scion, ARG and Maritz surveys. No JD Power or a dollar.

Damn, I NEED that dollar! :lol:

No Kidding! That is the difference between a Miller Lite and a real beer. I do need that dollar.

I hear ya... I'm the same way, and I could always use that dollar too! ;) :D

Good news, I got my dollar! Now I just need to do the survey.

Guys, if you like the car and the dealer you bought it from, give them a 100% satisfaction survey! It means the manufacturer will give more money to the dealers and sales people. In turn, the dealer can use that money to offer greater services to the customers, and us salespeople could always stand to get paid more for our efforts, rather than the manufacturer keeping it for themselves!

If you had a bad experience with the dealer though, let 'em know about it! Dealers will go great lengths to get 100% positive surveys, so if you have it in front of you, give them a call and see what they're willing to do to rectify your situation and get that positive survey. You may end up compensated in some way!

Figured since there is already a thread on this I'd bump this one.

I've received FOUR surveys in the mail. Population Research Systems, Maritz, RDA Group, and Scion. Yikes.
