My turn signal and headlight doesn't work but my tail light and day time yes
 

Hi there I have a scion frs 2015 i change my front lights and back lights for aftermarket lights 2 year ago
And know i have a problem with my lights
The turn signal doesn't work att all but when i lock and unlock the car yes
And i can't turn off my tail light and my daytime lights and my desborda lights and dashboard show that my high light are on
And i check all the fuse but the fuse number 15 haz when I put new fuse the fuse get blown right away
