Need some help choosing an exhaust

I'm sure there are other topics that are asking the same question I am, but I'm stuck between the Agency Power Catback Exhaust and the GReddy Evo3 Exhaust. Any input? I've read through a lot of the topics on this form, but I don't really understand what a lot of the dyno graphs mean. Any input and simplified explanations would be greatly appreciated.

The DYNO graphs show the horsepower and torque through your rpm range. Companies have dyno graphs so that you can see the difference in power between having a factory exhaust vs the exhaust that they want to sell you. Most of the time you can't feel the difference in power, but you can difinitely hear the difference. You need to make your decision based on sound/looks and price, as I am pretty sure the majority of these exhaust systems are within the same power gains.

Hope that make sense, if not, I am pretty sure someone with more experience will comment his/her opinion.

good luck

That helps a lot actually. I would thank you via the form thing, but I honestly have no idea how to do that. So, thanks very much.

Magic will happen when you get to 10 posts

IMO when looking at a Dyno its not soo much the peaks or the power you want to pay attention too but how the curve has changed with the new part. (gaining power throughout the range) Its also good to know that you can't just trust dyno pics that are posted up, you have to understand they are vendors and they want to sell their gear so take what they post with a gain of salt. For example AP exhaust when the dyno was 1st posted showed a gain of 40whp and 20wtq which is impossible and turned out to be a "mistake"

For exhaust choices I think you have to consider if you want to keep your cat or not cause that will deff make a difference. The grade of metal being used is also important as well as weight if you are looking for overall preformance.

I'm a little torn on what to get as well. I think its down between the Perrin and the Nameless. I think in the end its going to come down to looks and price since I like the sound of both. Although I think the nameless weighs less?

Nameless Axleback+ Stock Midpie weights less than Perrin's catback (Catback= Perrin's Axleback +Perrin's Midpipe).

Nameless did not change the midpipe because they did not find power changing it.

I like the Evo3. It sounds like music to my ears.

Yeah same here. I went ahead and put a pre-order on the Evo3. Can't wait.
