Need help to change side markers

My wife bought me a set of clear side markers for my 2022 BRZ for Christmas and I would like to change them out today.

I do not see anything in the Owner's Manual about how to do this, so could someone here who has done this please give me some advice as to how to do it.

They are now installed and look great.

Hardest part was squeezing the plastic tabs to release the side marker from the car.
