Highest mileage BRZ/FRS/GT86 you’ve seen?

Just curious the highest mileage anyone has seen that’s still running and I’m decent daily driving condition. Mines pushing 90k I have a 2016 wanna get some ideas on how much more I have out of this car before an engine swap, trans swap etc.

Do the maintenance and don't beat the crap out of it and you will get many many more miles.

I have a 2016 frs with 202k mileage at the moment from mainly freeway. I drive it daily on shitty road conditions. I change my car oil with Mobil1 oil or motul 8100 eco-lite oil about every 3-4 months. Maybe 5-6 months if I am not busy with crap or trying to hike somewhere. I change my transmission fluid like 50 to 60k interval. I flush all my fluids based on the car manual if not the recommended year. Otherwise, if it is too filthy I'll flush the fluids. I try to wash my engine bay every couple months or whenever I can because my car picks up everything from the freeway.

Just follow your maintenance guide from the car manual otherwise adjust according to your driving conditions and how much you drive? My car still runs like a champ.

There's a guy who pops up in the facebook group all the time with 320k+ miles. He's still daily-ing the car.

That's astonishing, with 87000km/54000 miles on the clock it feels like i have a couple of world tours i need to do to catch up 😂

LOL This was one thing that I learned when stationed in Germany. Europeans simply do not drive as far to work as North Americans. In many cases the countries are so smaller and compact that long distance driving is almost unheard of where as here things are just plain spread out much more. It is very easy to see why we have higher mileages.

From the interwebs.

"Only approximately 15% of the labour force in Sweden commutes for over one hour per day, round trip, while the average travel time for work commutes is 39 minutes per day, round trip."

"In Canada, the average commute time ranges from 60 to 75 minutes, or 57 km one-way. Over 30% of commuters must drive for a longer time or distance than this."

I'm at around 190,000 miles/9 years of ownership and it still runs like new. Have only replaced an AC condenser, 1 wheel bearing, brake pads, and clutch due to throw out failure.

Prepping to buy a 2022/2023 M240i, debating on selling this due to the favorable market conditions, and because I'm not sure how much I'd drive it once I have a second/new car.
