Hello everyone just putting everything in one place for CARB-legal parts for the brz/gt86. I will try to research when I get the chance and will try to put links to the approval but would like help in fulling the list out

LS3 engine swap would only be exempt on 1995 and older vehicles. And it can only be the GM turnkey package, not a truck engine from the auto recyclers.

Aftermarket overpipes are also technically illegal since they exist upstream of the final catalytic converter.

Oil Coolers (you call them regulators?) and Exhausts (catback and axlebacks) don't require certifications since they aren't part of the combustion/emissions chain
The only rules regarding catback and axleback exhausts are with regard to sound levels: they need to be under 95 dBA when tested per California BAR. They also technically shouldn't have cut-outs or bypasses
