The truck looks pretty promising. Of course, that said, these could all be the very conceptiest of concept vehicles, just rolling chassis thrown together for looks alone.

Better than the Nissan Voyeur concept I guess.

doubt its a rolling chassis.

some of those EV concepts had no door handles or realistic side mirrors while others did.

That Taco EV for example is pretty consistent with spy info about the 4th gen looking like a mini Tundra.
Plus its got real door handles.

I'll keep my '13. Awesome truck and paid off. My third Taco Ma.

I haven't kept up on it, but the body lines of that are extremely close to the 3rd gen at all the hard points, which likely indicates most of the running gear is the same., So it's more of a light brush of a refresh then a new design. That would also track better with Toyotas history considering the 2nd gen lasted 10 years, where the 3rd gen is barely coming up on 6 years.

I love my 18. I intend to drive it for 20 years, just like I did my 98. Maybe in 2038 when I'm 68 I might buy another Taco.

soundman98 07-30-2022 08:07 PM

my plan as well!
