Wireless CarPlay?

Has anyone confirmed a compatible wireless CarPlay kit yet? I found CarLinkIt's U2W Plus (https://carlinkitcarplay.com/product...actory-carplay) states its compatible up to the BRZ 2019, but not sure on the 2022.

The Cplay2Air adapter works, but it’s annoying. It takes a long time and a button press to connect. Plugging in the phone is more convenient honestly. I was surprised.

I use this one -- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GLVW169, and works well for me...

Does anyone use something like this but for AndroidAuto?

Does the 2022 head unit support Wireless Android Auto?
(assuming your phone is also capable)

Keep in mind guys that this will add latency and reduce sound quality. I'm just going to stick to wired, just plug and done. Definitely would be convenient though!

Also keep in mind that if you have one of the iPhones with a smaller battery (SE for example), wireless CarPlay will suck that thing down at a rate you won’t believe.

I ended up ordering this guy: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZHCS8R3 (Carlinkit). I'm pretty happy with it.

The wireless CarPlay uses wifi and bluetooth. Not sure which the audio comes over, but the quality seems pretty decent to me. If there is a difference, it isn't enough for me to give up the convenience.

For me, I'd rather just hop in the car and go. I don't like having to pull my phone out of my pocket (I know, lazy) and I also don't like my phone having to chill somewhere in the car unless I have a nice mount...then I have cables running (or worse, dangling) somewhere.

The latency seems very minimal (so far) and the sound quality seems good too! If you really think you'd like the convenience, you could always try it from Amazon and return it if it doesn't turn out.
