Weight

I removed my spare, jack, and so forth back when I was n/a now I'm on 265/35/18, and I'm having terrible grip issues would a ts9 Enkei w/ 265/35/18 fit in the spare section? Also, would that somewhat help even out the weight? I have bc racing 8k coil-overs I feel that they are stiff as hell(they work though lol)which may play a part in my grip issue as well watcha think! Btw im supercharged

8K is not helping, little weight transfer. Low profile tire not helping. I'd also look at mca traction mod.

Sounds about right! What are your suggestions I'm all ears!! because my current setup just isn’t there for me its great in corners but not enjoyable when giving it the beans.

When you say grip issues when is that? If it is off the line straight? If so how much rear camber do you have? What tires do you have? How much HP are you pushing? Softer springs would allow more weight transfer to the rear.

Grip issues off the line. The rear camber is flush they set up to stock recommendations I'm running federal rs-pros and hp I'm not quite sure it's very torquey though that first and second is basically useless. Also lowest string rate bc goes to is 8k if im not mistaken. Could I switch springs with a different brand?

These cars are light and you have taken more weight off the rear. Just because you are spinning does not mean the car will not accelerate well of the line. No mater what you do you have more HP than you need in low gears. This is why they designed launch control, to give the ability of poor drivers the ability to launch a 1000hp car. Practice is what you need. Personally I do not think this is a good line launch car. Once you get in 3rd on the track it is great!

So to me I'd be checking your alignment, looking at 17" wheels instead of 18"s, getting some quality coilovers with lighter springs (probably around 5k or 6K), adding the bits you took out of the trunk back and the MCA traction mod.

Beyond that you can see if your tuner has a performance based traction control they can add to your tune as well as practicing smoother launches and 1st to 2nd shifts. Don't just dump the clutch.
