Strange ticking, lights flashing, and honking

Hello,

I have had this 2013 FR-S for about 2 years give or take now. For some reason when I would start the car, the car would start ticking and the blinker and head units lights would start flashing, and then the car would start honking repeatedly until it just stopped. Someitmes I could fiddle with the car by turning it fof and on to get it to stop honking but the car would just ranodmly beep in sets of 3 really quickly..

when starting the car the engine would also feel and sound very luggy/slow like it's having trouble starting but would eventually start. When driving the car it feels normal i'd say?

Recently the engine knocked for some odd reason and im not sure if it was related to that or not, however the engine was replaced under warranty and I now have the car back.. The engine was feeling great for the first few weeks however I started to notice the engine start to sound and feel slow lwhen starting the car again just like it was. And the other day the car started beeping and ticking and flashing lights again when I started it.

Does anoyne happen to know what is causing this? I figure the issue was fixed after the engine was replaced however it's starting to happen again.

The car is stock except for a JDL design UEL header. I am also catless.
Could this problem be related to not being tuned for the header or anything related to running rich or lean? I use 91 everytime i fill up. I have an open flash tablet and the car has been tuned by the previous owner but I have been using stock tune and have not messed with it since I purchased the vehicle.

I have not messed with the flash tbalet because I hear it is bad for the car to do on stock fuel lines? Is this true also or is okay to use e85 occasionally?

sounds like an aftermarket alarm system is installed.

normally, the main 'brain box' is under the driver-side dashboard, somewhere.

Battery going bad could give strange symptoms.

Sounds like an alarm to me as well

Also, you can run a tune sans issue. It doesn't have to be an e85 tune (though if you do run e85 you NEED an e85 tune).

There are threads on e85 here, check it out.
