ACT SB-7 HDSS Clutch/Flywheel Help
 

Hi all,

I just installed a new ACT SB-7 HDSS Clutch in my 2018 BRZ but I hearing some things that are worrying me. I've read that chatter or clicking in other words is hit or miss but I do occasionally hear it but I'm not to worried about this. My main concern is that when I am accelerating, I hear a whirring or whining that corresponds to the RPMs of the transmission, I have no clue what this is and haven't been able to find anything really on what I'm describing. I've had the clutch in for about 300 miles now and I replaced the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch fork, and pivot ball. If anyone could help me that would be great!

So unfortunately I can't upload the video due to formatting and size issues but the whirring isn't very loud but most prominent in 1st and 2nd naturally. I also don't smell any clutch so it isn't slipping I don't think. But now that I have the performance clutch instead of a stock one I think the soun
d may just be more noticeable than it was with OEM one.
