3 beeps on startup

Last few days I heard three beeps (X2 times) when I press once the start button, do you know if this is a battery issue or has to do with the Pandora alarm or what else?

i usually hear 3 beeps when i close the door while it's running

You mean stationary, engine on with open door, and when you close it you hear the three beeps?
