No start after swap/Install

Greetings, I will try to keep this brief but feel the need to be thorough. The engine in my 2013 lasted 26K after the valvetrain recall. As I swapped in the LKQ 2014 engine with 61K for my 103K lump I installed the Edelbrock kit. Due to carelessness of the salvage engines removal I had to use the engine harness from the 2013 as well as the D4S module. As I attempted to load the ROM from Delicious the message read that the VIN of the car differed from the VIN of the ECM. One week later I was sent a new tune which loaded without issue. I was told if I ever was to convert back to stock the Toyota dealer would need to be involved. The car will not start, It spins over great, the logs which I've sent to Delicious raise no concerns and my problem is thought to be installer error. My work has been checked by a friend and former employer, an ASE shop owner of some 35+ years. We find no issues. Noid light shows no injector pulse and there is no spark at the spark plugs. I am waiting on a used D4S module to try as Delicious thinks this could be the issue. I do not think the D4S is the issue as it is original to the car and was functioning proper. I welcome your input. Thanks for your help. UPDATE, I replaced the D4S module With another but this changed nothing as I expected. I also added a braided ground strap from the module to the block just to be through. The logs I am sending to the tuner are recorded during engine cranking for 20-30 seconds.

I'm confused. It won't start, but the logs sent to DT are fine. What exactly are you logging?

You did bolt in the D4S unit, right? It needs to be grounded/bolted in position and not just plugged in for the car to start. It'll only turn over, but stall out if it is plugged in, but not bolted to the injector cover.
