Belair Toyota (Ottawa) - Avoid them like the plague
 

For the past 4 months I've been fighting with them to get my $1000 deposit back on the FRS. I have a contract that stipulates a test drive is required and I have OMVIC fighting with the dealer to get my money back but the owner "Michel Parent" is refusing to comply. I ordered both the FRS and BRZ but the FRS kept being delayed and they kept telling me different stories for why it wasn't here yet so I cancelled my FRS preorder and bought the BRZ. I've never heard of a dealer stealing peoples money like this.

I'm going to take the dealer to small claims court next but I thought I should warn folks about this dealership.
