K24 + A760 E trans ?
 

Anyone considered a force fed k24 with an A760E trans?

Thinking outside the box for next project. Maybe a force fed K24 and I'd like it to be auto so wonderwife is more happy. Don't think the standard auto is going to be too happy with this idea.

If I was doing an auto it would need to be a DCT. TFworks makes a BMW DCT

There was a company doing upgrades for the stock auto trans from the 86 and then they realized that the stock one should be good for about 650hp with a good trans cooler...

They stopped offering the upgraded packs.


You might want a higher stall converter but a stock clutch with a good trans cooler will hold most of what you would likely want. I have a spare in case mine goes...
