C1201 and C1231 Codes
 
What’s up y’all,

My car recently started lighting up traction control and ABS on the dash. It goes away once I turn the car off and then after about 20-30 mins of driving they turn back on. I finally had a chance to plug it into a code reader and it’s saying ABS C1201 and C1231 - anyone ever had this issue before? Any help is appreciated!

C1201 is likely caused from C1231, so start with that. The code refers to the steering angle sensor.
