do the “Performance Pack” Brembos have dust boots?
 

Hi everyone,

While I’ve tried searching for this answer, all discussion about dust boots I could find seem to be in regards to aftermarket BBKs.

I’m wondering whether the Brembo brakes that come on Performance Pack / RS / Ts model BRZs come with dust boots? And if so, if anyone has had problems with them melting after track use?

Edit: apparently they do have dust boots; I found a post with someone saying they have replaced them. Feel free to delete this thread. Or if anyone has had experience with them melting, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

Yes they do.

Whether you melt/burn the outer dust boot or not depends on your level of modification, speed, and the venues you run, as well as how you drive the car.
