How to check ECU for over-revs
Does anyone know how to check the ECU for over-revs? Or other evidence of 'abusive' driving?
I've looked through everything on my Ancel OBD-II and can't think of how/where else to look, thanks. |
It is like a tree, you cut it in half and count the rings.

There's probably nothing you can do from the ECU end, because disconnecting power will remove any information or detail to infer if the car has been abused. The other thing are CELs which indicate problems but may not necessarily stem from a car that has been driven hard.

Jesus dude how many time did you do this to have to ask in so many threads?
The ECU does not record over revs. |
Need help with gambling debts? Did the repo man stash your outback way out back?

Keep starting threads until you get the answer you want. Don't give up!

Should have asked.
