Help me to get my money and Outback back!

Good evening, my name is Jim. Since 2020, I have 2018 Subaru Outback! My wife and I liked the car very much, still a four-wheel-drive family car for average money. Everything was fine, we have been to picnics several times, Lineartronic has never failed me. Subaru Boxer with a turbo is something crazy! I regularly paid the loan for my car until I was deceived by a slot machines site, and my life was divided into two stages before and after gaming. At first, I played on a demo account, and then I quickly got tired of it and switched to real money. In the beginning, I had small deposits of 10-20$, about a month later, I began to spend 100 dollars per evening. I am not a rich man, but just an addict; my addiction began to hit my wallet hard. And here comes the day when all my secrets were revealed, my wife noticed in the mailbox a letter from the bank, which said that we were severely delayed in payments for the car loan, I just played with the money that I had to pay off the loan with. I thought that I would win now and pay off all the debts at once, but unfortunately, I had already lost 1,300 dollars. At that moment when my wife was already standing behind me with the letter in her hands and I was acting as if nothing had happened, made another hundred-dollar deposit, when she saw it; she directly turned into a hurricane! She said either we get divorced, or I immediately stop playing, I had no other choice! The two of us sat down to fill up an application for withdrawing funds from the casino, I just had less than $200 on my account, and according to the withdrawal rules indicated on the casino website, receiving of funds should was to be expected in a few hours, but this did not happen. The next day, we contacted the support team, and we were told that it was necessary to send a package of documents for verification and a refund would be made approximately in three days. We followed all the instructions mentioned and waited three days. On the fourth day in the evening, they sent us an e-mail and mentioned that we have to send pictures of my credit card and wait two more days, we sent photos and waited. On the third day, we again chatted with one of the representatives, he said that they had reviewed the photos, but they were with poor resolution, and a resolution of at least 300 dpi is required! Please note that when we sent the photo, this condition was not mentioned anywhere. Finally, we went to my brother's place, and we scanned the card and sent it. The next day they wrote and told us that we had to wait until they process the application. Now for more than two weeks, we have been writing to support every day, and every day they say that they have a huge pool of withdrawal requests and they do not have time to process everything, they asked us not to worry, since we are almost the first in the transfer queue. Ruby Fortune if you had dignity you would not do that with your clients, you are a shame to the full industry! I am already desperate; I have no strength to endure their bullying. I do not want to withdraw the winnings, but the money that I did not have time to lose; you must agree that $ 100 against the lost money of 1300$ looks ridiculous, Why should I humiliate myself and follow them with tied hands? Who had the same situation; can you advise what to do in this case?

Not sure. Their other posts are pretty much split between could be a bot (Today I learned thread) and probably not a bot unless really creative (song title game thread).
I lean toward real person that just made some filler posts before heading down this road.

As far as the situation goes, the online gambling racket has scammed billions from people. It is set up to lure you in and feed on your addiction. My sister in law found this out the hard way.
This one sounds exceptionally scammy since getting money back should be as easy as a couple of clicks. Give up on fighting for a couple of hundred dollars. If they haven't sent yet they never will. And for god's sake stop sending pictures of your credit cards to random strangers on the internet. There is no legit reason in the world they would need such a thing.
If you are a real person and not just a bot that will shortly edit your post to add some link at least warn people what the name of the site was.

I disagree. If they want to stalk you having license info makes things easy.

Years ago, my then gfs father remortgaged his house for gambling funds, which he lost. If you can stop after losing a grand or two you're doing good.

That was why I specified "legit" reasons.

Sounds like you lost $1300.

Chalk it up to being a total idiot, learn your lesson, and move on. Do some doordash or something on the side to make up the lost $.

Wait, stalking random people you don't know isn't legitimate?

Asking for a friend...

There is a reason these casinos are offshore. If this is a real story take your lump, learn from it, move on, and never gamble your rent money.

Can't get a restraining order if you're never seen to begin with. Amateurs.

What is the point of stalking somebody if they don't know you are? No fun in that at all.
