Knocking sound when turning left

Hi,

I have a 2013 86, im having a knocking/popping noise somewhere on the front left (passenger) side when i turn left, particularly over bumpy surfaces. For context, i have replaced both lower control arms, tie rod ends and wheel bearings. All thats really left (in my opinion) is the strut and sway bar end links. They both visually look fine, end links wernt loose, and no grease coming out of the strut. I also checked the top hat and visually they look fine from the top.

I dont think it could be an engine mount because the noise only happens when i turn left on a bumpy surface.

Does anyone have any suggestions? at the moment im probably gonna try find some struts to replace my current ones to see if that works.

Any help would be amazing
Cheers

Maybe something to do with the brake on that side?

Engine strut brace, shock top mount, lower chassis bolts. Is everything stock? Anything upgraded? spherical bearing will make noise even when not worn.

Hey thanks for your suggestion. My 86 is stock at the moment, no upgrades to the car as of yet. When you're referring to spherical bearings are you talking about the wheel bearing?

Spherical bearing is just another name for a heim joint. Spherical bearings are usually found only on aftermarket parts. They are like ball joints in function but provide a much greater range of articulation, but are consequently not as strong as ball joints. Very commonly found on race cars, and very commonly a source of suspension noise.

Thanks, i dont have any of those bearings on mine. Is there a way to test out the top mounts other than visual inspection?
