I can't see why it wouldn't fit as the trunks look exactly the same but I think the GR86 duckbill is the best looking one. I'm hoping we can either purchase it standalone and get it paint matched but I'm not sure if that usually an option?

Yea it is, I guess I was hoping to see it without the STI parts. Either way I think it should look good.

But IMO, not as offensive as the one on the GR86. That and the black wheels might tip me back to the BRZ, even with the not so stunning front bumper on the BRZ, instead of the GR86.

The sapphire blue looks much better in person, IMO, but only in the sun. It's a little dark and murky in shadows, but really pops when in the sun. I am, however, a huge fan of the bright red after seeing it in person.

how'd you get a chance to see them in person already? i was torn on the red vs wrb but went with wrb since i wasnt sure i'd like the red without seeing it in person.

Is that the same car? If so it really does look very different based on lighting. It looks more like WRB in the bottom picture.

Can't go wrong with WRB! That's what I ordered too. I'm just not usually a fan of red cars but this one works really well.

Nah you'll love it! I think when you get the paint polished and a good wax on it with some morning or evening light hitting it, the car will blow you away.

In your photo of the shaded car, the blue has a slight purple tinge. Is this what you saw in person?

Yeah I would agree it's a bit of a blurple.

I don't know, I might have to change my order from white to silver. This just looks sooooo good. I love how the silver reflects light compared to the white. Plus I had white last time...such a hard decision!

I agree, the car really starts to look a good bit better with the STI pieces. I am still not a major fan of the design of this new gen, but have been warming up, especially with looks like these. I do love a clean design, so I prefer very subtle details as such.

I was a little hesitant on design at first but was also warming up to it. When I saw it in person, I completely fell in love with it. Super excited for mine to come now. Just torn on adding the STI lip kit because it will get proper aero at some point.

I honestly think the BRZ with the STi bits is genuinely a better looking car compared to the 86. The front is so much more interesting as a design. And it doesn't make the car look like one big glob up front—which is what the 86 is to me. I'm not saying the 86 isn't good looking. I just don't think the front feels cohesive with the design language of the rest of the car. But these things are so subjective.

I did not find, and would like to find also as this the color I did order and i am planning on installing the STI stuff (less the difuser, that I will wait until aftmkt launches something that seals better the bottom)

I don't care for the rounded nose just below the emblem of the BRZ, with the license plate mounted on the rounded part.

The 86 the nose doesn't wrap down and the license plate is mounted below it.

I also prefer the 86 headlights.

Agreed on the license plate issue. I've seen this photo before and I don't think it does either any favors—especially the BRZ.

What are the differences between headlights? Looks like the 86 has some black in them or something?

the only difference in the headlights as far as i know, is that the DRL LED strip doesn't wrap around the top like in the Subaru.
So the Toyota gets an L shape, while Subaru has the C shape.

Other than that i think they're identical.

I actually think the design suits the BRZ nose better than the 86. The car just seems a bit more cohesive with it.

Can't say I'm as impressed with those WRB as much as I was with the other colors. Given the STI pieces add so much to the look of the car I can't wait to see how much better the 86 can look with equivalent parts.

yeah im not feeling those parts on the WRB. The dark blue is better for it.
