Best way to make 300hp out of Innovate SC?
Is this even possible? I'm trying to figure out the best path to take and what internal parts I should upgrade or install to make this possible. Open to all the help I can get with recommendations!

300 "crank" or "wheel"? Crank it should be close to 300 with stock pulley 93 octane and a good aftermarket tune. 300whp is possible but you'll probably need to go E85 + catless header + good custom tune.

If you don’t already have the kit I would recommend just jumping up to the 335 kit. Get the 90 or 85mm pulley and it’ll leave you at 300/300ish (this is more than then 300/240 top end of the 210 kit). You will just need clutch, FP and injectors; the other parts I mentioned would also be highly suggested, as well as e85/WMI. Lastly, get a good tuner: I am tuned by Mike from Moto-East (now Xero Limit) and he probably has the most experience with the Sprintex Kits. Otherwise, Bill at Delicious or Zach at CSG will be your next best bets |
Good advice, especially on Mike - he has a thread somewhere on here (older) on the 335. I think I remember reading that it's a much bigger unit and thus loads the engine more to power it, which increases stress on the motor to reach a certain power level. Translation, a 335 unit might bring you closer to the point where you'll need to build the motor for FI. Realistically, if you don't have E85 and you're new to aftermarket FI (not saying you are necessarily) then you might want to lower your expectations to somewhere around 250+/- on pump gas with the Sprintex units. Still will be plenty quick btw. Going about that without E85 requires a lot more complexity and you're pushing the limits of the blower at 300 whp.

The way these make power down low, you're going to want to build or have a conservative tune. These win the "most likely to blow an engine" award.

Pretty sure 69mm pulley will get you pretty close to 300 to the wheels. As EAGLE5 said, these make a lot of power down low so if your tuner is good, he'd make sure the power delivery isn't too much down low for the sake of your rods.

At the top of this section there is a sticky'd thread "FI Dyno Thread" that shows how much power they made, what parts, PSI, fuel, who tuned it, and other ancillary items they ran on the car. If you can't figure it out from that I don't know if you can be helped.
