Opti Coat 2.0 in Portland Oregon

Im looking for someone in the Portland/Vancouver area to put Opti Coat 2.0 on my FRS! I've talked to every detail shop in town and nobody even has ever heard of Opti Coat! Help!:sigh::bonk:
