2014 Auto GTS 86 gear shifting problem

Hey so my transmission seems to be having problems. Don’t know where to start looking. It does it both in drive and manual mode. First gear to second gear full throttle, the gear takes a good 2 seconds to realise it needs to shift then it gets stuck and doesnt do anything until I lift my foot, then it’ll continue climbing speed and rpm. as you can see in the video attached. No idea what the cause is. then second to third it does like a weird jump when I change to third, when I shift at heavy load. Any ideas guys? Cheers. By the way! The car shifts like butter when first started / cold. Goes crazy at warm operating temp

Have you changed the fluid at all? Really basic question I know but the difference between cold and hat shifting sounds like fluid breakdown.

Car had a 90,000km major service, and during that service, all the fluids and oils got replaced. The problem still persisted after that service with the new fluid

Well that does rule out the easy one then.

I have no idea what could be the cause of this all. At all. I’ve had someone say clutch slipping. Band failure. Bad solenoids. Everything 😂😂 I can’t get a pin point

Problem has been found. Clutch bands were absolutely stuffed.. fluid went black after replacement in a week... definitely a dud now.. got a whole transmission replacement and the car runs like new.
