2018+ STi oem lip on 2014 bumper
 

As the title states, has anyone ever attempted this? I don't really care about the holes lining up, I can drill my own. But rather the shape/contour of the new lip on the old bumper.

Notice the difference here being the small canard like shape on the post facelift.

Would like to see any pictures if anyone has attempted. Judging by the outlines in the pictures the contour/shape should be ok. Thanks!

Pre 2017 STI front lip will not fit 2017+, New STI lip for 2017 and up will fit pre 2017.

Does anyone know specifically why? Any pics of new lip on old bumper?

I’m looking for the same info. I plan on buying one soon. I couldn’t find anything confirming besides this post.
